The only design by Tiffany Studios that calls for a substantial use of drapery glass is the 28" Magnolia. The shade, beautifully reproduced here by Jim Clark of Mendota, Virginia, shows an expert use of Uroboros drapery combined with more subdued glass made by Uroboros. Bullseye glass was used in the background.

An original 14" shade by Marcia Field of North Wales, Pennsylvania. The quartz "flower" clusters have sparkly centers of dalle de verre chips. Each geode slice is surrounded by quartz pebbles before being fit into the shade. The copper base is an oil lamp from the 1800's.
